So the other day I was on Twitter having a conversation with one of my followers and we discovered that most of the black television shows that use to be on the air are no longer on the air, if they are they are shown late at night such as 3 a.m. when all the kids are sleeping. Disney used to have "That's So Raven", & "The Proud Family" now they have what? none....such shows are aired late at night such as 3 a.m. Nickelodeon never had many only "Kenan & Kel" which disappeared with all the 90's television shows. Currently Today all they have are just one which is "True Jackson VP". Nick used to show "Family Matters" on Nick-At-Nite but now they do not, they have replaced it with "Everybody Hates Chris" which has also been cancelled. I remember when I used to watch UPN (now called something else) on monday nights to watch "Girlfriends", "The Game" & "Everybody Hates Chris" all of them were cancelled once the writers went on strike and never brought back. Now if you want a black show just hope for some rapper looking for love on VH1....
